Terms and refunds
The podcast is free. These terms cover the optional ways to support it: buying a special episode, or the supporter subscription.
What you get
- A special episode ($3 CAD): that episode, in every recording we make of it, to keep for as long as Banyan Stories runs its members area.
- The supporter subscription ($5 CAD a month or $50 CAD a year): every special episode, including new ones, while your subscription is active.
You listen through a private link: a web page and a personal podcast feed. It is for you and your household. Please don't share it publicly; if a link is shared widely we may replace it and email you the new one.
Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include any sales tax. Stripe processes all payments. A subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your private page (“Manage subscription”), or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and no further charges are made. Episodes bought one at a time are not affected.
Refunds
If something isn't right, email[email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full. A refunded episode is removed from your link, and refunding a subscription payment also ends that subscription.
Changes
If prices change, the new price applies to new purchases and to subscription renewals after we've emailed you about it. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.
